I teally didnt think we would be able to hold the lead at that point, figured at minimum we would lose it to a FG, but then Gump whipped out his box of chocolates and the Brown D came through.
GG Browns. This was the story of this team all year, look like rock stars one game, then the offense would look inept once inside the 30. This group will look different next year for sure, it was the last game for Pedro James, Austin Lowery and Edward Turner in black and gold. Time for a rebuild!

And even with all that they got to the CC game and almost won it, great effort and gameplanning. Good luck with the "rebuild", Im in the same boat, going to be a real important off season for both teams/owners.
The Paydirt Final ......... Cinderella Browns vs Repeat CC Cardinals, lost count on how many times we have done this and other PO games Ioanblood, should be a coin flipper unless the sim goes off with TOs and long yard gain plays/TDs one way or the other. Surprised its rated "even" by AI, I would have thought around Cards -3. cheers! G
Paydirt, NFL, and MFN1 are the 3 most important leagues for me, they have the most competition and long histories. I lost last years LC by one point, 15-14, to AJ's Seahawks. They converted two 4th down plays in their final drive from their 15 yard line to get into FG position for the winning 31 yarder. IMO, Paydirt is one of, if not the toughest league to win the LC. The Browns would be my third different team in the league to win it, if it goes their way.
Congrats to my many times PO opponent, loanblood and his Cards. We had a chance, but the pick thrown by Warner in the Cards red zone was tell tale. I was 50/50 on using the Crash Right defense, and I chose the wrong side of it. It ended up costing the game. Well, Cinderella had to run from the ball, left a slipper, maybe the Prince will find her next season, lol. We really should not have made it to the final this season, so all in all, was more than happy to have a shot at it.
