Congrats on the win Wolve/Ravens, but not a GG. Just another exploit using the GL defense every play, it almost cost you the win, it should have. Am hoping that JDB will do one of two things, up the penalty on overuse and/or put in league admin controls for full 30/40 active play selection with max use per game.

Neither of those is the right answer. The right answer is offensive recognition, and quick short passes going for chunk gains constantly when goal line is thrown out in non goal line situations. The goal should always be incentives towards realistic gameplay. Deviate too far, and you get steamrolled.

I understand what you're saying but dont agree. No RL NFL team uses a GL defense on every play, or even a few plays, in fact, they rarely use the same play or combination coverage and blitz more than once or twice, if that. If you want more of a RL simulation, as I do, then the answer is to increase the play selection & use, while keeping the playing field level and fair, so that there is no advantage gained by loading up on 1, 2, or a few plays and using them more than 5-6 times in a single game.
We're disagreeing less than you think. What I'm saying is people should be almost forced into playing in a reasonable way, not by actual force, but by the fact that unrealistic play gets destroyed, as it should. Why don't NFL teams play GL defense the majority of the time? Because the opposing offense would tear it apart.
