...a lot more time than it takes to complain about time.
The next time someone complains about not having enough time to do something, I'll just mention there was plenty of time not used for that something.
Time is a privilege.
It is the one thing no person can earn back, the most devastating thing to take from some one, and the most valuable thing some one can give to another person.

Extra time is the most valuable thing a person can receive, i think.

We often do not use the time we have for the things that actually need to be done.
When extra time is given to us in our lives, it's a blessing and not a curse.

I encourage folks to use the extra time and not complain about having it.
Such a valuable commodity given is not worth wasting upon complaints and irritations.

I know I volunteered to step up.
MVR has been an excellent admin.

What I fear is that if i do, a lot of gms will step down.
Pretty sure i've got more enemies than friends here, deservedly so.
I certainly don't want to, nor could I afford to invest in admin access if Paydirt if gonna die off anyway.

I have run great leagues in the past - many of you can attest to that truth.
If paydirt were to move forward with me as an admin - a position I would take on with great enthusiasm as I have always done in th epast - i need to know folks will stick around.

Full sleeve: I have been in the past and will likely be strongly opinionated in the forums on occasion. I'm concerned that my previous (and let's admit future) opinions are a serious negative regarding me being an admin.
If i'm gonna spend money, I don't want to do so for a league that has run it's course.

I want to do so because Paydirt is at the 50, with nothing but wins in it's future.

Are ya with me?
Or are ya done with Paydirt after this season?

@GDB - didn't you run Paydirt at one point pre 2020?

I dont think I was LA at anytime for Paydirt, but... my concern atm with Paydirt is that we have lost owners the past couple of week and now have 11 open, computer managed teams. Of the top four leagues in MFN, Paydirt was the only one to lose owners during the past month. Paydirt has been one of the most durable and popular leagues since its start many seasons ago, hopefully will bounce back to normal in next month or two. Getting the LA situation resolved soon is important.

League Admin is not a big job, it was when we had league rules like for speed exploits, unbalanced trades, play selection and use minimums, but we dont do that anymore. Fortunately the position control matrix is coming and can be set by the LAdmin, so no more "policing" or speed exploit abuse. Not a lot to do once league settings are in place. For me in the 2 leagues that I admin, the primary job is to clear dead cap for new team owners and to help them if needed, especially new MFN players/owners. There's very few if any requests, especially from the guys who have been in MFN for a long time.
