Why did you cut that DE?
Why did you fire your entire coaching staff and replaced them with worse coaches? You cut a TE last week too that I traded for a 3rd rd pick after claiming him.

I have been helping Damion and he did not cut the DE. we don't know what happened and I have PM'd beercloud about the issue...As far as the coaching staff goes it was Damion's choice to start fresh...his offensive coaches were run and possession style coaches a the defensive coaches were mostly 3-4 defense. The playbook for pass focused and ballanced offenses are more suited to this version. I would have (and did) caution him on changing coaches at this time. He felt a fresh start and getting rid of those coaches that were putting up losing records for the past 8 or 10 seasons had to go......His team lost 23-0 with the old guys( kinda freaked him out) and the new staff pulled off a win. Rubinstein was an AI thing he had 30K and change left so It wasn't a cap issue....as far as the TE with $0 left to resign anyone and only having 48 players on his roster he decided to cut Meyers and use the cap room to sign some replacements to fill out the roster...He cannot do any worse than the previous GM...He tried to keep as many of the better players as he could....but the cap issues and a LOT of bad contracts made it tough...next season he will have about 58 million to work with. Please welcome him and don't e afraid to help. There is a language barrier as he is German and also a time difference as he lives there as well...He is a great guy and has a newborn....MM

My bad then. I didn't know you were helping him.

Still don't understand why would he fire those position coaches when they don't have any effect on his gameplan. Same goes with why wouldn't he trade that TE instead of relesing him.

Sorry Damion if I bothered you. English isn't my native language neither so we have something in common :)
