lol. That was the mother of all rebuilds.
This league and this season, agree. But roster is around 30% of the game based on my experience so far. I went 8-8 with the UCLA team in NCAA with nothing but 1 yr contract FA's, due to the worst sal cap mistake Ive made so far in MFN, lol. Had to dump as many starters in a short period of time for future draft picks as I could, then wait 2 seasons before the dead cap cleared.
I was being factitious. I'm taking this train wreck to the playoffs.
And there off. Were got out of the gate last week and are now in full trot. And just like that we are already down to 8 undefeated teams and 8 winless teams. The bulk off the league is even up after two. The scoring seems to be up from last year thus far. Besides the 81 points that Buffalo put on Washington, lets see what else went on in Paydirt week 2.
AFC West I was just joking last week when I said that the Wild Wild West was getting tamer. But everybody besides Oakland(0-2), is 1-1 in the division. Is this really going to be the Bland Bland West? We have a loooong way to go and as you can see Im having a lil fun with this. In all seriousness, with Kansas City(1-1) and San Diego(1-1) losing, Denver(1-1) waisted little time pouncing on the opportunity to jump into the 3 way tie by trouncing Indianapolis.
East Miami(2-0) keeps looking straight ahead with their win, while Buffalo(1-1) bounces back in a big way so they wont lose any ground to the Dolphins. The NY Jets(0-2) has gotten off to a surprisingly slow start with their 2nd straight loss as has New England(0-2).
North Cleveland(1-1) grabs a share of the division lead after stumbling out of the gate to tie up a losing Cincinnati(1-1) goes down to powerhouse Seattle. Both the Bengals and the Browns opened the season with two very tough opponents. Baltimore(1-1) wins to enter the division race as well. Welcome Ravens, hope you can stay awhile. Pittsburgh(0-2) drops their 2nd.
South They were all undefeated last week but as of now only Houston(2-0) remains standing. Indianapolis(1-1), Tennessee(1-1) and Jacksonville(1-1) all go down in defeat.
NFC East Dallas(2-0) still remains supreme in the NFC East. The NY Giants(1-1) returns to the win column with Philly(0-2) and hapless Washington(0-2) remain winless.
West The steam roller out of Seattle that we call the Seahawks(2-0) keeps the train a rollin. Arizona(1-1), Los Angeles(1-1) and San Francisco(1-1) are knotted up behind them. With the Rams GM calling his shot of taking the Rams to the playoffs this season. A bold statement out of LA that the press will be keeping an eye on. With Seattle talkin smack last week and LA calling their shot this week, Id say this division has gotten a lil saucy. Gotta love the spice.
North Defending Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers(2-0) has picked up where they left off with a good start to the season. Detroit(2-0) does the same and it looks like these two will be battling it out all season for that NFC North title. Chicago(1-1) hops into the win column while Minnesota(0-2) still looking for that first win.
South The South is usually the one known for the spice. But this year they have been a lil quiet to open the season. With exception of the still celebrating Atlanta Falcons(2-0) who's GM is on a 24 hr party clock. That is supposed to be New orleans(0-2) gig I thought. Tampa Bay(2-0) holds serve as the reigning NFC South champ. Carolina(1-1) rebounds from their opening weekend loss.
Games to Watch: Week 3 Dallas @ NY Giants Green Bay @ Houston Baltimore @ Cleveland Buffalo @ Miami - Battle Royale Carolina @ Denver
Thank you, Meatman ! I have learned from the best! .... good luck for the rest of the season! I just have a feeling that the turnovers luck was on our side in the first two games of this season.....for sure won 't be the same for next matches.... P.S. Anyway the Party still on in Atlanta!!!
Well you must be talkin bout GDAD....I am far for the best... I am just determined not to **** LOL. You have made some real improvements...don't get discouraged...it's a process as I have stressed to you...You have lots of picks and we fixed your cap issues to some extewnt...just be wise about contrcts and don't make "too many" moves....as i have also said "sometimes no moves are the best. Good luck........................MM
