GG Coach, This team is on a roll right now with a rookie QB and 4 rookie RB's. Moses was having his best game till end of third quarter with those 2 interceptions back to back.. still ended up with a good game stat wise.
Tough one Vikings, we got a lot of good rolls in that game. "Big Deal" seems to be improving, but hard to tell if he's going to reach a decent level of consistency at this point. How is he going to perform vs any of the top ten pass defenses? Thats the big question looming on the Pack. The fan riot has quieted down some, but they are ready to go lynch mob if Davis throws more picks than TDs.
Week 10 saw some races close up while Houston and Seattle still hold comfortable leads. The Vikings and Giants still looking for their first wins. The NFC East finally gets over the hump and we have a 3 way tie in the Wild Wild West. You all know which division that is. So lets get to it.
AFC West The Wild Wild West is just that..........again. Denver(7-3), San Diego(7-3) and Kansas City(7-3) are all tied at the top. Oakland(5-5) is playing catch up after their slow start. Kansas City is on a torrid 6 game win streak that catapulted them into the thick of things. They will face off against the Super Chargers @ Arrowhead.
East Miami(8-2) has regained the top spot in the AFC East as they have been in a great back and forth battle with NY Jets(7-3). Buffalo(4-6) and New England(3-7) are watching from below.
North Cincinnati(6-4) grabs sole possession of first place over Cleveland(5-5). Cleveland has lost their last 3 out of 4 games while the Bengals have been playing true .500 ball by not have streaks of any kind. Pittsburgh(4-6) has won their 2nd straight with a surprising blowout of the Jets. The Steelers are hanging right there and well in contention. Baltimore(1-9) on the other hand........is not.
South Even with a tough loss to a tough Denver team, Houston(7-3) holds onto a 3 game lead in the AFC South. Indianapolis(4-6) wins to knot up the 2nd place race with Tennessee(4-6) and Jacksonville(4-6)
NFC East Dallas(5-5) reaches the .500 mark all the while leading the NFC East. Philadelphia(4-6) wins to keep pace and in a spot to pounce should the Cowboys trip up. Washington's(3-7) season continues. Even as bad as it has been, the Redskins are still in it. The NY Giants(0-9-1) are in the cellar for the duration it seems.
West Seattle(9-1) is in a runaway in the NFC West. A huge 5 game lead over the rest of the division. San Francisco(4-6) are next up followed by Arizona(3-7) and Los Angeles(3-7).
North This highly contested race between Detroit(8-2) and Green Bay(7-3) continues. Both teams with win streaks, Detroit with 5 and Green Bay @ 3. And neither one wants to budge. Chicago(3-7) is playing for tomorrow and Minnesota(0-10) is just hoping for a win.
South Tampa Bay(9-1) maintains their grip on the NFC South. Leading by a game over Carolina(8-2) and 2 games over New Orleans(7-3). Atlanta(3-7) is looking for some spoiler opportunities.
Games to Watch Week 11 San Diego @ Kansas City Houston @ Miami - Battle Royale
GG Chiefs - Pats saw some improvements over 3 quarters, but I'm getting a clear idea for picks in coming draft....s.
GG Pats/ Coach simpson Pomeroy had a great 1st Half over 100 rushing alone. 3 missed FG really has to sting...My back-up came in in the 4Q and threw 2 INT's with a 17 point lead???? Have to look at my rules, I'm pretty sure I have one against that BS. It's been a tough season for the Pats. Hope things get better. Good luck the rest of the way.....................MM
