After a quick search ex Seattle Seahawk WR Carlton Sullivan had 7 catches for 310 yds and 4 TD's in the 1976 Super Bowl. He also is on the slow side and is currently a free agent.

In 72' Stephen McClain who is on this years Hall of Fame ballot, had 7 catches for 289 yds and 2 TD's.

One thing for sure, the Packers are going to be looking at improving the CB2 spot. GG Broncos/ bnugs, I gameplanned for your running attack but the pass lit us up. The Packs main weakness is a lack of speed in the secondary, and the mistake I made was keeping the Double Safety Blitz active. I thought using the Goaline more would provide an advantage vs the runs, and set up its use based on yds to go & tendencies, but it allowed almost 10 yds per. The Pack offense is what carried us through the playoffs, and did so with a sub-par performance by TE Mullins, who is our highest rated receiver.

Some player playoff stats of interest: QB "Big Deal" Davis had a 72.3 rating, I chalk that up to having to throw to a WR group of receivers that are not as strong as most of the other playoff teams, esp the Seattle WR group.

RB Noah Becker .... 43 carries, 173 yds, 4.0 apc, 5 TDs rushing, 20 receptions - 179 yds, several receptions for 1st down on 3rd & 5 or more. The key for the Pack offense, 9 yr vet who was also injured during the playoffs. 74 Ai default rating.

WR Ed Foster ... had a low 43% catch! But... avg'd 23.7 on 15 catches for 355 yds & 3 TDs. 69 speed is not what I usually run at the WR2 or 3 spots, but he had 95 accel, high rec skills but only 46 vs the Bump.

Def MVP .... SLB Refugio Marques, 12 yr vet, converted Safety. Allowed the low for catch allowed, 34.5%.

Very unusual for me to have any DB in the secondary with sub 60 speed, and FS1 Shane Hanley is really the exception to the rule with only 35 speed!! and a 10 yr vet! But, his cover numbers for the playoffs were very good ... 36.4% catch allowed.

The secondary got burned several times for long pass touchdowns in each of the playoff games, which was primarily due to lack of speed, but it made up for it vs the short pass and run game.

4th time a super bowl has been played in Florida ( 1980 , 1973 , 1972 , 1971 ) and 2nd time that super bowl in Florida has been played in Jacksonville , Florida ( 1980 , 1973 ) which both are in the lead for locations which most super bowls played in a state and most super bowls played in a city in a state

Congratz on the championship GDB....**** of a playoff run!

Great season Broncos just one game short. (Which is pretty much the story for the AFC West, outside of Setherick's KC win)

AFC West is an unfortunate 1-5 in the big game.

what makes that worse is wildcard teams are doing better in the big game than that division

9 wildcard teams
6 of them have lost Super Bowl ( Denver who faced Green Bay , KC , Seattle who faced Miami , Cincinnati , Oakland , Washington )
3 of them have won super bowl ( Green Bay who faced Denver , Cleveland , Miami who faced Seattle )
