We can deal, BUT, I would rather deal with game planning and seeing my players actually play than sitting out with injuries.
You are barking up the wrong tree with me. Major injuries happen in the real game and I don't see an issue of them happening here. I have never had an issue with the injuries and I don't now. If a team knows there are injuries going to happen, they should build accordingly. If they don't that is on them.
First off, I don’t have a major issue I have been playing this game for a long time and never really say anything about it unless I am asked! Second this isn’t real football (not even close) and if I am not mistaken real football has larger rosters!
You may be mistaken about the rosters, I don’t watch them that close. I think with the experience and knowledge in this league and the time everyone has put into mfn. It should be tougher not easier. Anyone that wants an easier league, there are still a few ai leagues to join.
I'd like to introduce a debate that involves Paydirt B's tie to Paydirt.
The CC has discussed this and i want to open it up to league. As I've expressed to the CC, Im not happy with the participation level of Paydirt B. Currently there are 5 open teams and 6 counting the team Im trying to repair. Along with the openings their are only a few GM's that are active on the forums. Not only is this unacceptable it is not viable. That league was setup as a stepping stone into Paydirt and a place to go for fired Paydirt GM's to re-establish themselves back into Paydirt. This has not turned out to be the case.
There have been some good ideas presented by the CC on the cause and possible cures for it. One potential cause was that rookie GM's could be getting drowned out by more experienced GM's and losing interest.
A couple of solutions suggested were to make it mandatory for Paydirt B GM's to graduate up when an opportunity arises. Another was to open a "rookie only" league for GM's with 1 yr or less experience with a mandatory gradation up tp Paydirt B after that. Both ideas presented have their challenges with GM participation and retention. But they also have upsides as well.
I'd like to hear your thoughts including from the CC. So fire away.

I don't know if this is the right place to put it in, but I would like to propose that the two trade limit per team to team be disregarded during the draft period. I've only been for one draft in this league and looking in the forums we are a very active league that trades. If this proposal doesn't go through then maybe at least being able to double it to 4 trades per team to team BUT only during the draft period.
Yes hectorg93 this is the place to kick around ideas. But be careful what you ask for. Can you imagine jouameng with more trading opportunities? I know he drooled a lil when he read that post. lol
Mcarovil: Then the solution to that would be to open a rookie league and make it mandatory to graduate up to Paydirt B when they win a championship or reach 1 yr @ MFN. And in turn make it mandatory for Paydirt B GM's to graduate to Paydirt when openings arise via Hire n Fire or a dropped team by a GM.
