We did not vote to suspend the rule relative to when a rule may be adopted. Hence, the proposed new rule will NOT go into effect.
If there is is desire after this season to implement the rule, i.e., someone proposes the rule and it gets a second and third, we'll reconsider it and/or some other proposal next season.

Since Beercloud left, there has been no rules sticky forum. I feel like we should put it back in place so new owners to the league understand everything going on

I have looked and cant find it. But that's my point, we keep talking about rules, when there are no rules stated in the forums
B) After a proposal gets a second and a third from different GM's it will go up for all league GM's to vote on it.
C) One GM one vote, majority rules.
D) Proposals are accepted after Pre-Season game 1 and before Week 15 of the regular season.
E) Voting will take place from Wild Card weekend til the off-week right before the Super Bowl.
F) This thread is for rule proposals and second and thirds only. (No debating or discussions)
G) Debating will be done in the Rules Debate thread to keep this thread clean.
F) Proposals will be up for vote for 7 calender days before being closed.
A. Any GM not logging into MFN within the last 7 days would receive a "Activity Warning" pm from the league Commissioner or Head of Football Operations.
1. The GM will have 48 hrs to respond his activity intent.
1.1) If the GM does not respond in time they will be fired from the team. 1.1a) They will be eligible to return to the league through the waiting list system as long as they are in good standing.
1.2) If the GM responds within 48 hrs he will keep his job. 1.2a) If the GM responds within 48hrs and their intent is deemed unacceptable it goes to the Competition Committee for a vote to retain the GM or to Fire the GM.

Team owners aren't allowed to trade away all three of their 1st round picks in a single season. The exception being that they own another 1st round pick within those 3 years, which then becomes untradeable.
AFC GM's will vote for the AFC Rep and NFC GM's will vote on their NFC Rep. One GM one vote rule. Each Rep will join the League Commissioner on the committee.
Job Description: 1) Will vote on proposals presented to them by the leagues GM's. a) Deadline for rule proposals will be week 3. (with exception of 1970. There may be other rules that I couldn't find I know another one is you can only trade with the same team twice per season. Another one is no tanking.
Now that we have some time before the season ends... how are you guys feeling about adding more weight restrictions?
Just saw this rule in other league and I think it would be interesting to start a discussion about it:
