You can tell right away whom has the Killer Bee swarm coming and who doesn't. Intentional/non-intentional.
2nd Half of preseason games....throw those results right out of the window.
I mean you could definitely eyeball it, but in the cases that it affects a major game such as a playoff game or even the Super Bowl (granted I'm probably going to micromanage the depth chart during the Super Bowl)... For example if the AI put a CB as a rusher and he blocks 7 punts out of 10 possessions during the Super Bowl, even though it was a complete accident but led to a Super Bowl blow out, do we still kick the owner?

I've seen leagues kinda get stupid and say you can't have DBs in the ST Rusher position. But I'm not sure what that effects overall, therefore, I don't want to weaken my depth chart area of ST Rusher.
If...if my or someone's DBs in #7 and #8 ST Rusher position somehow break in for a punt block and someone trips then an adjustment by the owner can say 'hey, ok, I'll adjust it.'
However, that'll be so few and far between vs. the intentional Killer Bee swarm.
I mean we'd obviously be able to tell whether it was intentional or not, but I think I can say this for any owner in the league. If this rule were to pass and you were to get beat during the Super Bowl by someone who just set their special teams using the auto-depth chart button or not even having the right amount of players active, you'd be infuriated. I'd be infuriated. Do we kick that owner out though?

jouameng - under your scenario that would involve an injury substitution and personally I don't think unless someone is directly aiming for it you can't pull off an absurd punt blocking scenario. Maybe break through for 1....maybe.

Kick based on intent.
Do an investigation. If it's a DB/WR with only speed - empty vitals and no ST listing or purpose to be there. Bye Felicia! lol :)

Then I would think that should be added to the rule? Instead of just an immediate removal based on the votes by the owner of the league? I think it'd be better if it's deemed intentional by the committee, then it goes to vote? No reason to get the league to vote if it's unintentional?
nods Yes, you have to dig in first and look at it.
It's never good to write something clearly black and white with no middle ground.
I've got a pass blocking set-up for punt return. Something wonky could happen and ST Rusher #7 or #8 appears like a Whammy because the opposing team's structure injures during a game and/or rest spots and/or fatigue factors aligning for a very random punt block.
Comes down to intent.

NOW we're getting somewhere with this! It's about freakin' time!! Why some of you have to be pushed to extremes to comment is beyond my understanding.
I'm okay with the league analyzing each individual infraction & deciding if it's malicious intent or not. I had 3 punt blocks (against me) returned for touchdowns in a different league. The guilty party claims it was accidental. The rule for the league was no DB's or WR's on the LOS. He had both set up during pre-season & forgot to remove them for the regular season. This GM got off with a warning.
After seeing how the 1st round rule blew up, I just want this to be as airtight as possible so we can stick to it, and not allowing any exceptions or deviations from it.
