The first one was blocked by #15, if that's Jermaine Kearse. He came from the outside. Watch hime slide across the right of your screen as he come off the block to get the punt.

The second came from the left wing. The entire left side collapsed on the punter.

Speaking on an overall scale, if ya'll go all-in on punt blocks either a) people will become numb to it and let it go or b) epic sized implosion of anger.

Just don't do it.

The simple answer to all of this is - ban anyone under 237 lbs from being on the front four of ANY formation.

I already stated my stance...? There's no counter to the punt blocking, there are no adjustments that can be made in-game, so I think it should be taken out so it's not exploited. This is a rules debate thread, my first discussion was over the wording of the rules and whether it should be based on intention or just usage in general. My second was just clarifying that west was correct in that there are WR/CB's that line up on the line to block punts, not just coming from the wing.

Per NFL Game Pass... He may not be lined up on the line, but he definitely wasn't "outside".
