On the bright side, this league isn't short on Wheelin n Dealin. It can get you into trouble and can also get you out.
I cant remember if it was jouameng or awest827 , but we were discussing the Hire n Fire rule and how it can cause GM's to do desperate things. Which can be bad for the incoming GM but is fun all the same and adds a whole new level of this game.
Now that you know there is a problem with 3rd downs and a trend of turnovers in the Red Zone, you can start making adjustments for that.
