You are correct and unfortunately out of those 12 teams, it is the same 3 or 4 owners that win the championships every season. The main reasons I stay in this league is I like the owners, the trade rules, and the same teams don't win the championship every season. When I came back to MFN after my brief departure this was the first league I looked at. Unfortunately it seems to be going through the 4.5 doldrums also.

Jouameng has brought to my attention that we dont have a tie breaker for our GM Carousel.

The scenario he asked was what we could actually have this season. We have 4 GM's on the Hot Seat this year. What if they all dont reach their franchises demands and get fired and we have GM's on the waiting list? What is the pecking order?

Any ideas out there?

1. Last seasons Record
2. If tied then GM who has been with fired team longer should get first pick since they would be presumed highly seeked out for
3.maybe after this why they were fired could be considered

Pretty sure even if all the teams currently on the hot seat wins 5 games none of them will meet their criteria to stay a GM in Paydirt...

The most players that are “happy” on the team’s roster!

In the case of Carolina, jouameng would be screwed.

Just to clear this up, especially for our newer GM's. A fired GM only loses his team when they are fired. They are not kicked out of Paydirt. Worse case is that they would have to go back on the waiting list if that applied.

Best overall winning percentage or highest number of wins as of the time of his termination.
