After looking at the HOF requirements more closely I think that there are several stats that will need to be tinkered with in the near future. There are a couple that we might want to change now though.

WR 50 TDs there are currently 19 WRs with 50+ TDs. I think that we can go ahead and change that number to 70.

LB 100 sacks there are 3 players with 100+ sacks all DEs. 2 LBs have more than 40. I think we can drop that number down to 40.

P 200 inside 20 there are 12 punters with 200 inside 20 and that will be a lot more very soon. I think we can raise that number to 300.

Remember that these stat numbers only allow the player to be nominated. It does not guarantee that they will get into the Hall and doesn't even guarantee that they will be nominated. we'll have to use our judgment on who actually gets nominated.

Another thing is that some Hall of Fame worthy players might not be able to reach some of the more realistic numbers that a player can reach over their entire career. Because some were drafted in our inaugural year and weren't rookies. We have 8 seasons under our belt at present. So we might need a couple more seasons before reseting the minimum requirements.

Unlike the RL NFL, I would like our Hall to be difficult to get into. But of course in the end, that is all up to you guys.

Now that being said, I can set up a page for each team on the website for the franchises Ring of Honor. If you guys would like that.

also need tor realize that the games engines went under quite some weird phases where offense was over power and also when defense was over power players were accomplishing entire career stats in single seasons

Reference the first round picks rule. Does anyone know which teams have had 4 or more 1st round picks in one season?

The Browns have four first round picks in the next draft.

The rule is more so about stopping teams from trading their 1978, 1979, 1980 1st round picks all in one season unless they have another 1st round pick in those 3 seasons. Not necessarily to keep teams from trading 3 1st round picks in general away. The hope is to keep a new owner from joining and completely trading away their draft picks for players. Don’t get me wrong, some owners have success in this but more likely than not the team doesn’t break the playoffs. This would help ensure the team having some sort of future for that new owner or even an owner that then has to take over the team.

I guess the flip side to this would be to tell these vet owners to stop preying on new guys. If you want honesty. We all have probably been on both sides one time or another. I know I have.
