Over-rides. Ignore ST Rusher listings. Someone can sneak it through, be sneaky, by not having them anywhere listed in the ST Rusher field but rather shading red on the Punt Return Screen to max out the strategy. I could lay out the strategy to get it coming full force but that wouldn't be wise. I pulled it everywhere and it should be banned.

The game with Atlanta I had to absorb what amounted to 2 Flash Bomb touchdowns whereas on my side I didn't have the matching/sim jamming of using it. (I was implored to pull it everywhere or get run off the site, basically)....

Punt Return Screen should be flipped over from attacking the punter to viewing it as a screen to aid your punt returner in pass blocking to maximize a return.

Let me double back and elaborate. The reason it should be banned is because if it times correctly (outside the other GMs control) the punt block is automatic. The event will occur.

Example: Opponent takes the opening drive and performs a 3 and out. That punt (due to no fatigue setting in) is more than likely getting blocked.

Example: Opponent has a long drive which flips over to the 2nd or 4th Quarters and the punt arrives on the first couple of plays. There was a rest spot between Quarters....a punt block will probably result.

Example: A punt which is attempted flanked around the 2-minute Warning at the Halves. Time outs galore happen here.

....Wing Spots are the last to get in but are needed to be powered up as a 'nudge' factor to the lead sled dogs.

I could do it but it wasn't worth the whirlwind of pissing everyone off on here and having no friends due to extreme anger from getting hit by it.

I have nothing but fast DBs because coverage is still broken. When coverage becomes more than SP vs SP, then I'll worry about other coverage attributes more than SP again.

That said, I haven't been paying close attention, and I still have punt blockers active on the wings that I should remove.

One of my contentions with the punt block exploit is that the kicking team doesn't have the ability to call a fake punt against the speeding defenders. IRL, you see those two guys doing that, the TE just slips out with no one covering them and the punter lobs one out there for a first down. You can't do that in MFN.

There's no real counter for it. Yes, Pitts blocked a **** ton of punts against me this year. And for the most part, I thought I had the right ST blockers in there to counter it. But they still blocked punts.

It’s a shame that it comes down to this. There is enough advantage for a GM that knows how to implement rules and game plan within the current SIM version. Nothing more annoying then some bullshit punt block that drives away new owners and make old farts want to quit.

P.S. @Smirt, you get me totally wrong, i have nothing against you, i am just very sad to find out that my favourite football game is broken like ****.....in some other league someone is using 24 WRs in different positions and beat the **** out of everyone ..... i will stop give names cause my only goal is to have fun .....

You don't think it's fun to win by using every loophole instead of playing football? Me either. That's the reason why I've had one foot out the door for about 5 "seasons" and probably really game plan for maybe 3/4 of my games.

Oh he thinks it's fun to win by using loopholes. He's an avid punt block exploit enthusiast. He just wants to deflect his guilt by pointing out another issue in the game.

Basically, if you know these "loopholes" exist & that they give you an unfair advantage over your typical player, you're an *** by using them.

Then why is it you beat me with three punt blocks in a game a season or two ago?

Because I was still using it at that time. We all had a major conversation about it in a different league and I took it out of all of my teams.

The League was XFL. A group of us got into an indepth discussion about how the punt block was unfair & it made the offending GM be perceived in this game.

Then we had the same discussion again this season after is was still being used by certain members of the league. I was not one of those members.

I've never denied the fact that I have used it in the past. I'm well aware of it's capabilities and have been opposed to it for a while now.
