Will we be able to nominate past players or will it begin in the current season? Musta player accomplish all of the categories? I am unclear.

Requirements:
Player must be retire and are eligible the following year.
Must meet at least 1 min. requirement for their position or misc category for nomination.
Meeting min requirement does not guarantee a place on the ballot.
