Hall of Fame Rules Proposal:

Change QB qualifier from 30,000 yds to 35,000 yds.
Change WR qualifier from 50 TD's to 70 TD's.

Hall of Fame Rules Proposal: Passes and will go to a General vote by all GM's from week 12 to end of regular season.

Change QB qualifier from 30,000 yds to 35,000 yds.
Change WR qualifier from 50 TD's to 70 TD's.

Proposal:

Team owners aren't allowed to trade away all three of their 1st round picks in a single season. The exception being that they own another 1st round pick within those 3 years, which then becomes untradeable.

After training camp each season and whenever trades are otherwise permitted, no trades may be consummated except during midweek phases.
